In an ideal world, it would be great to have exactly zero returns in circulation. The planet would be better off, and you would avoid all unnecessary hassle. But reality doesn't quite work that way. Of course, we believe unnecessary returns should be avoided, but there are times when things go wrong anyway. Like those shoes that were the right size but still didn't feel right. Or the headphones that, despite top reviews, didn't meet your standards for sound quality. What do we do about them?

We return the items to the online store, of course. It's not actually any harder than that. Even though it requires a bit of effort on your part, like sticking on a return label and taking it to the nearest Bring pick-up point. Or taking a short walk to one of our parcel lockers and leaving the package there. Or perhaps arranging for a return to your home, if it's a package over 20 kilograms.

Returns via pick-up points

Usually, when you purchase something from an online store, a return label is included, which you then attach to the package to be returned. If such a label hasn't been provided, you'll need to contact the online store from which you purchased the item, or print one yourself.

It's preferable to use the same packaging the item was delivered in. This way, you save the environment and ensure that what you're sending back is well protected. Then, simply head to a Bring pick-up point and request to return the package. You'll receive a receipt in the form of an SMS or email, and then we'll come and collect the package from the pick-up point

Return in parcel locker

You can book a return from any of our Bring parcel lockers. All you need is a return label and the Bring Parcel Locker app. Our drivers collect returns every day before replenishing with new packages.

Here's how to return via a parcel locker:

  • Log in to the Bring app.
  • Click on the "Return from parcel locker" link.
  • Scan your return label attached to your package and verify that the information is correct.
  • You can now choose the locker size based on the size of your package.
  • Then select your desired parcel locker from a list.
  • You then have two hours to drop off the package in the chosen parcel locker.
  • When you're ready in front of the parcel locker, press the "Drop off package" link.
  • The app will then assign you a locker, which will open automatically.
  • Place the package inside and close the locker. Done!

Return packages from home.

Are you returning a large item? Something longer than 150 cm and weighing more than 20 kg? The first thing you need to do is to book a return. You can do this through the online store where you purchased the product. Then, we will contact you to schedule a convenient time for us to pick up the item.

Depending on the service you've booked, the return can take place either inside your home or outdoors – at the curb or at the farthest point accessible by our vehicle. If the return is outdoors, you will need to carry the item outside yourself.

If it's an outdoor return and it's super heavy – like a sofa or perhaps a washing machine – something larger than 300 cm and weighing more than 35 kg, you can rest assured that you won't have to carry the return yourself. We'll come with the muscle power and take care of it. But what you need to consider then is that the product must be protected in its packaging, in the same condition as you received it – and if it's an appliance; uninstalled, unplugged, disassembled, and/or emptied.

In some cases, depending on the return service used by the online store, you may initially have the package delivered to your home, which you then need to drop off at a pick-up point in case of a return. There may also be instances where you pick up a package at your pick-up point, which our driver will collect from your doorstep in case of a return.

Complaints

If you discover any damage to your item after delivery, you should contact the online store you purchased it from within two days. The online store then files a complaint with Bring.

If we discover any damage to your item during delivery, our driver notes it and informs Bring.

Any damages discovered at home, regardless of when, need to be reported to the online store, which then files a complaint with Bring.
