Shop online directly to your pickup point. Extra convenient when, for example, you're on your way home from work. Then you can simply swing by the pickup point and pick up your package. Maybe you have something on your shopping list that you can grab at the same time.

Returns via Pickup Point

Usually, when you purchase something from an online store, it comes with a return label that you attach to the package you want to return. If such a label is not included, you need to contact the online store where you bought the item, or print one yourself.

Feel free to use the same packaging that the item was delivered in. This way, you save the environment and ensure that what you're sending back is well protected. Then, just visit a Bring Pickup Point and request to return the package. You will receive a receipt in the form of an SMS or email, and we will then come and pick up the package at the pickup point.

BankID

Did you know that with mobile BankID, you can easily help your friends collect their packages at the pickup point? And just as easily, a friend can collect on your behalf. When you receive an SMS notification from us about your package delivery, you can easily identify yourself with mobile BankID. You will then receive a personal QR-code that you can share with someone else, who can collect on your behalf. In the same way, you can collect on behalf of someone else. So why not help a friend or a grandmother collect their packages?

Important to keep in mind!

  • Ensure that the name you provided when ordering your items in the online store matches the full name you have in your Bank ID.
  • Once you've authenticated yourself with mobile Bank ID, you will receive a QR code. You can choose to have it sent via email or share it with someone else. For instance, you can take a screenshot or save it in another way.
  • The QR code replaces the requirement for identification with an ID when picking up packages, whether it's for you, someone picking up on your behalf, or someone for whom you're picking up.
