Price adjustment for our services as of July 1, 2024
New prices for standard services and additional services
From July 1, 2024, price adjustments will be implemented twice a year for some services. We continue to navigate through uncertain times, and to avoid significant price adjustments, we are now introducing adjustments twice per year. This time, the prices will increase for Mailbox Parcel to Norway from July 1, 2024, for Home Delivery of heavier goods and Urban Home Delivery from August 1, 2024, as well as for some of our services outside of Sweden. There will be no general price adjustment beyond this from July 1, 2024.

Changes in additional services and fees
- For Cash on Delivery, the destinations Finland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Greenland are no longer available
- For Limited Quantities, the destinations Åland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Greenland are no longer available for B2C parcels
- New surcharge for exceeded product conditions
- Name change has occurred for Incorrect/Missing EDI to Produced EDI
