Information about Black Friday and Christmas

The Holiday season is approaching, and with Black Friday and Christmas just around the corner, we are expecting a steady increase in parcel volumes. We have taken several extra steps to ensure packages reach your customers on time.

To ensure that your goods reach customers on time, we have, among other things, employed more personnel at our terminals, in customer service and in our distribution.

This year we have:

  • Increased staffing at our terminals and within distribution.
  • If there is also a need for weekend and evening production, we have that covered, starting from Black Friday.
  • Additional vehicles for package deliveries.
  • Expanded network capacity with more drop-off locations, including service points and parcel lockers across the country. Returns can also be made via all our service points and parcel lockers.
  • If a service point or parcel locker is full, packages will be directed to a nearby service point.
  • SMS notifications will be sent to encourage your customers to pick up their packages promptly, freeing up storage space for new and additional packages.
  • Increased staffing in customer service, with extended hours for phone and live chat (live chat allows direct messaging with an advisor in our chatbot).
  • Phone and live chat hours:
    • Every weekday until 7:00 pm during weeks 49–51.
    • Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm during weeks 49–51.
  • Our chatbot is available 24/7.
 

You can also prepare yourself

There are things you can do to ensure your packages reach the right recipient, in good condition and on time:

  • Please contact us if you expect large changes in your volumes so we can ensure prompt pickup. It helps us to be able to estimate the package quantity as accurately as possible.
  • Hand in the packages as early as possible.
  • Make sure the correct information is on the packages. That is product, name, address and phone number.
  • Update the information on your websites with correct information for your customers about our delivery times until Christmas.
  • Also remember that there are really good self-service options in Mybring and that you can contact us 24/7 via our chatbot.
  • Pack the goods securely so that the contents can handle handling and transport.
  • Make sure the label is readable and correctly positioned. 
  • Remember to transfer the package data in time so that the packages are not at risk of being delayed. 
  • Remember to enter the recipient's phone number when transferring package data so that we can notify your customers along the way.

Track packages

The busiest period is approaching. In order for you as a customer to feel safe, we want you to know that we are here for you. We help customers every day and to accommodate the increased pressure, we are staffing up. We work closely with our operational units and are constantly updated on everything that is happening in order to answer you as best as possible.

Frequently asked questions during high season

  • Feel free to use our tracking function on Mybring or Bring.se/en where you can also chat with us.

  • This can be due to several different reasons, for example that the recipient was not available at the address or phone.

    Via our tracking function on Bring.se/en, you can often see the reason, but if something is unclear, you can always contact our customer service.

  • We do everything to ensure that all packages received before Christmas arrive on time. However, some areas are not serviced every day of the week, which may mean that delivery takes place after the Christmas holiday. In our DIP finder/matrix there are current delivery dates. Contact your account manager to access it. As for heavier home deliveries, delivery before Christmas is possible if the shipment reaches Jönköping on Wednesday 14/12 (for recipients Norrland) or 16/12 (metropolitan areas).

  • Only the sender can change the address and this is best done via the Mybring portal

  • The shipper can create a customer service case in Mybring and change service on many deliveries. Please note that this may change the day and time of delivery.
