How can I obtain information about my delivery?
Once your luggage arrives at the airport and we receive a booking for it to be delivered to your home, you will receive a notification via SMS. Through the provided link, you can select the preferred day and time for your delivery.

Is it possible for you to leave my luggage outside the door?
Of course. Once the driver has collected your luggage for delivery, you'll receive an SMS. From there, you can opt to have it left outside your door.
